The councilors don't care about anyone's problems and considering the old principal got caught having s*x during the school day is a bad sign and the food quality is made to be just up to the standard, furthermore, most teachers don't care about the problems you're having. This is the type of school where kids go from being eager learners to hating school. Days consist of memorizing state testing questions with no room for creativity or fun while doing it.
