The teachers and staff put in a lot of effort to help students. The small class sizes create a close environment and allow more time to be dedicated to each student.

Worcester Central School is a very small school in Otsego County, NY. Compared to the academics and music programs of other schools, WCS excels. However, the students who excel are held back and unable to take advanced courses. Also, there are several major deficiencies in the schools administrations involving inconsistencies with discipline.

The school has taken several steps to protect the students and stop bullying, but their are some gaps in the measures that they take. At one point, students were bullying others by filling out bully forms against the innocent students to get them in trouble.

The principal is very nice, and considerate. He tries to compromise and help the students. The teachers are a different story, and you need to be an active parent in order to make sure things are going well.
