KPHS is a great school. The administration has recently turned over and put a few more strict parameters in place. My kids have had an opportunity to learn, though I feel the school is better equipped to help students who are high levels vs more needs.

Most of the teachers don't teach and classes become study halls. The school just cares about its reputation and football team and does not care about letting their students thrive. There are a few goodies in there tho like

The Teachers and Program are great. The Band is exceptional. MATH TEAM ROCKS. I think this school is supposed to be named after a native American chief "King Phillip" is just an altered name which I think is a little lame but other than that this school is great.

This school is very silly. We have ambulances come to the school nearly everyday to accommodate for the frequent injuries. The pipes explode once a month and flood the hallways. The special ed system sucks. Most sped teachers and helpers are ableist and/or have never struggled with any sort of disab...

I've had 4 children go through the KP Regional system. They are thriving, independent members of society now all in their twenties. They developed life long friendships, the ability to think critically , compassion for classmates, and the drive to ever excel.
