Wylie has definitely not been the best to me ever since kindergarten. Staff have been rude and disrespectful when I was having a breakdown instead of being helpful. I was also told a teacher once made fun of me because I was crying. Other staff have been nice to me though, more so when I hit high school. They've been much more supportive of me

It's fine, for what my parents pay in taxes it is a little disappointing but its hard to expect much more from a public school.

As a student who hasn't had a rough time throughout school AT school, I am not sure that my review can be the most accurate. I also don't get too involved with school activities, but I have many friends who do. From what I hear and see the culture that the school has is amazing. We love the spirit days and the pep-rallies and overall the student involvement is top tier. I have had a fairly good high school experience, everything that wasn't great was of my own doing not the schools. I would like if the food improved or the prices went down for snacks and drinks though.

Wylie is a great school, it is very friendly and has a welcoming community. Good athletics programs, with friendly and helpful teachers.

We moved to Abilene last school year and purposely bought a home in the Wylie school district so our son could go to high school there. He was going to be a freshman, and anyone's first year of high school can be difficult. Wylie High School made it even worse. The students were not welcoming at all...
