Over 800 local students take the next step in their education at Grandville Middle School, a welcoming environment serving seventh and eighth grade students from the surrounding Grandville, Michigan area. Situated in the Wedgewood Park neighborhood, the school’s community is home to spacious parks, creekside trails and numerous local activities and events.
In addition to core academic courses, students also have many non-core course options including communications, creative writing, consumer education, world languages and science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Student clubs include student council, yearbook, art club and more. Student athletes can participate in volleyball, cross country, basketball, swim and dive, track and field, basketball, cheering, tennis and soccer. Nearby, Wedgewood Park invites are residents to enjoy time outside. The Buck Creek Trail connects to the middle school parking lot and offers easy access to recreational opportunities. As part of the Grandville landscape, Grandville Middle School students enhance the community with theatrical performances, live music concerts and art shows.

It's very difficult for students of this age to have extra curricular activities aside from athletics because parents having to drive their kids to and from school. The athletics and robotics are of high quality and are achieving. The other clubs are consisting of much needed work and there should be more in the future.
