It is a great high school and I am so grateful for the amazing teachers I had. The staff is very caring and wants what is best for all students.

Yerington High School is a school where you can express your feelings and concerns freely, especially with our Assistant Principal. The teachers are like family and honestly care about the students and their needs. Our sports keep our school spirit alive, and we love homecoming week. We have evolved with the times given our school was built in 1912. They care about students doing their best at all times, even though it may be challenging at times.

I withdrew my student.I will not issue a "blank check" for teachers to wrongfully punish my child, the principal refuses to cooperate in validating the legitimacy of discipline when issued.

Yerington High School is a terrible school. The curriculum and teachers leave something to be desired. Small town politics ruin the school's potential of excelling. Please do not let your children go to school here, it would be an insult to their intelligence.
