GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Has many opportunities for all kinds of interest. Lots of supporting faculty which every student should receive. Wish something's would be more strict to limit out the bad.

Zephyrhills High School is ok. The staff are overall nice, but the academics are lacking. As a student in honors and AP classes, half of the time it feels like I am simply in a normal class instead of an advanced one. Most of the time teachers don't know what's going on within the school until the last minute.

Zephyrhills High isn't a terrible school but it's average at best and with the new construction going on the school is going to look nicer and the teachers aren't bad at all but the culture is average at best as well. There needs to be a culture change more than a building and construction change. Also need to hire more teachers due to a lot of them leaving or moving on to better jobs. All and all it's an average school that needs a change inside of the school.

This school is joke, The kids run the show here. The teachers and faculty believe children over adults, even if you have proof. Its he said she said, pure chaos!! The Teachers and staff are like dealing with children. My child has a better chance educating himself. Also as far as safety is concerned...

This school does not honor parents or give them respect. They try to hard to be friends with the students instead of mentors and teachers. There is no effective approach to homework. They do not honor the Parent Portal System or give it the attention that is needed. They do not watch over the childr...

I used to attend ZHS . Then they were under staffed and now I could only assume after 3 years their staffing issue has gotten worse. If you want your child to be subjected to prejudice, Bullying, and something not even close to a proper education. Please enroll them in Zephyrhills Highs chool. This...
