The homes are a bit older, and you won’t have sidewalks, but your schools are all close together. If you prefer an HOA, St. Georges Estates and Augustine offer amenities like sidewalks, playgrounds, or the golf club.” Lisa Nelson, local Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Select Realty, adds, “I’ve watched the main road grow from two stoplights to more than a dozen because people just want to live here.
