Eastwood is located just outside city limits, where the suburbia of eastern Knoxville becomes the rural edge of Knox County. "You are an hour away from the Smoky Mountains and 15 minutes from everything in downtown Knoxville," says Matthew Bradley, a Realtor with Crye-Leike Premier Real Estate and lifelong East Tennessee resident. "It's kind of a middle ground." The area is quiet, with the Holston River passing by functional farms and rural wedding venues.
