Quiet South Tampa community between two bays

Virginia Park sits near the center of South Tampa, with Old Tampa Bay to the west and Hillsborough Bay to the east. Walking distance from the water, the quiet community features luxury homes, flourishing greenery and a tight-knit comradery among neighbors. "In Virginia Park, you see baby strollers, people out walking their dogs and kids riding bikes between houses. You meet your neighbors, and people care for each other," says Cyndi Kaszirer, a Realtor with Smith & Associates, who sells more than 80% of the homes in South Tampa. "It's the kind of place where someone leaves cookies at your door."
