Marlton is a wooded suburb in south Prince George's County, branching off Crain Highway. "It used to be rural, but the area has been developed over time," says Rannard Edwards, a 10-year Realtor with Own Real Estate. "In fact, beyond Marlton is still farmland." Residents can live on the southern edge of the county's suburban development, where a few miles south is the expansive Cedarville State Forest, and less than 20 miles west, the bustling National Harbor area offers nightlife, dining and retail.
