Cute little 1940's home with a great location! My fiancé and I and our dog Peaches live upstairs but during the week we're pretty quiet and then are gone a bunch of the weekends. The only shared spaces are the laundry room and the yard. We do have a dog that we let out into the yard at various points during the day so you'll have to be cool with that. But overall I think we'd be easy "neighbors"
