As a first time home buyer, we didn’t know what to expect with the process. Athir was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Athir is hands down 1 of the most professional and “on top of things” Realtor’s I know in Southern California. I’ve had the pleasure of doing many deals with him on the lending side, and he’s always on top of and all over the deal. When me or my client call, he picks up- whether it’s on the weekend or on a Monday at 8pm. He fights for his clients to get them the best deal possible, he doesn’t try to just “put you in a house.” He makes sure you’re getting a good deal. Even in the strongest sellers market we’ve ever seen, I’ve seen him get our clients’ offers accepted below asking.
