God places people in life at a certain time.. and I'm glad that it was Barry. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end Barry and his team are very very professional. They also take time with 1st time home buyers making sure that they are aware of everything that's going on in the full process. Barry is the hardest working realtor in the Denver metro area and was a joy in which to work. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with my husband and I during our home buying process. When we were faced with bidding issues in the competitive Denver market, he was innovative and showed us several new build options that worked well for us.

A friend recommended him when we were entertaining the idea of moving. After meeting Barry and him answering my long list of questions, we decided to move. Our family hadn't moved in 30 years. The process was intimidating, especially in the volatile Denver housing market. Barry was there to put our minds at ease. We decided on having a home built for us. We also needed to sell our current home to pay for the new build. Barry created a strategy that earned us the money for the new home plus a little extra to add furnishings, landscaping, and a few indulgences. Our new home build was a bumpy road. We faced challenges that were uncommon to put it nicely. Barry was always there to advocate for our family. He wasn't shy to confront our homebuilder with concerns that we had. When I would get frustrated or just down right angry, Barry was there to put things back in perspective. We now live in our dream home! I never thought I would have a home built for my family. It's amazing!!! If it wasn't for Barry Overton we wouldn't be where we are now. We are blessed to have him enter our lives to help us obtain a home that I always thought was out of reach.
