I saw a home I was interested in purchasing, but learned a long time ago it was imperative to have a realtor represent me in the transaction. Dan was a true pro - knowledgeable, communicative and extremely proactive. I really felt like he was looking out for my best interests throughout the entire process. Even after the closing, Dan was instrumental in helping me find help with work I needed done on the house (HVAC, electrical, etc.) since he's so well connected in the community. I could not rate Dan Menard highly enough as a real estate agent.
Friends of mine who frequently buy and sell houses have commented to me that he is literally "one in a million" among agents.
I needed to sell my house quickly, as I was relocating to another State. I had no time to replace portions of the house that needed repair desperately, nor could I stay to oversee the packing up of my life long possessions.
Dan Menard, whom I had never met before, stepped in and handled everything for me! He not only oversaw the marketing of my home, but the necessary improvements, the packing, crating and moving of the household goods, and sold the house in record time; at a price which was almost triple what I had paid for it, some years before.
I trust that he will excel in this field, and know that you could not have a more compassionate, dedicated individual to represent you.

Dan was my realtor when a sold my house. Words cannot begin to describe the level of commitment he had to get this house sold. There was a property line issue involving lawyers, and multiple people that were interested in the house before we got the problem resolved, resulting in multiple offers that fell through.
