David has been an amazing realtor to me. He helped me buying my first property and executed the negotiations in an excellent manner that I couldn’t have done myself. He has shown me the property multiple times and worked around not schedule every time I needed anything, no matter how simple the question is, he always took the time to explain and educate me. I’ve never felt any pressure for an upsale from him. He simply acted as an information provider and allowed my to make my own decision.
