The reason I have made real estate my career path for the past 25 years is because the home is the most important material asset as well as such an important psychological one that everyone should own at least one. Helping others find their place of serenity while making sure they are getting the best value and investment for the future is what I love to do. My husband of almost 30 years and my 3 daughters have always assisted me in these endeavors which has made it easier to make this happen. I had been in the telecommunications industry for the previous 10 years and when I moved to Branson it was almost impossible not to sell real estate because Southwest Missouri sold itself, I just had to be a tour guide. It's more complicated than that these days but having owned a bigger firm in the past and training many agents has kept me motivated and current. Working with Homebuilders, Inspectors, Title companies, Lenders, and Appraisers over the past 2 decades has given me much insight and helps me protect my clients from the pitfalls along the way. Deals come and go but clients are for life and now I am privileged to work with the second generation of some of my past clients. I have given up the management part of the business, but I will not give up helping my clients with their personal real estate needs.
