Starting the house buying process as a first-time homebuyer is terrifying, the process seems endless and daunting. Having to find a realtor that matches your expectations and personality is hard, it’s lots of trial and error. Thankfully I found Derede Darden, a true blessing who just happened to walk into my life at the right time. She was available from day one, even when I had anxiety questions at 10pm, she was available and ready to answer any questions she could. Through the inspection process, she was right there asking questions I had not even thought to ask, helping to make sure my family and I were safe in our new house. She was there every step of the way and never once made me feel like a burden for asking so many questions and fears I had about the process. She genuinely wants to see her clients get into the right place. She listens and puts her efforts into good matches! She has such a great personality and is very calm no matter what is going on from looking at houses to closing the deal. She is there for her clients, answers all questions and shares thoughts and laughs. Just a great person to work with. We really enjoyed our time with her.

I would recommend Derede Darden for all of your house hunting needs. She went above and beyond to ensure that our listing was active and being shown by all realtors. She was courteous and very knowledgeable which helped a lot with our situation. She was responsive and supportive through the whole process. Derede gave time on weekends to do open houses, we never felt pressured to accept or reject deals. Derede ensured that every step was about us not her or commission. She is a wonderful human and I would recommend her to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Derede is excellent at explaining and walking you through the whole process, which she had to do for me and my fiance as we knew very little about buying a house.
