My experience selling a home with Genie as my realtor was a good experience.
I was selling my step-mother and her sisters’ home, so that they could afford the cost involved in moving to an assisted living facility. Selling was a difficult choice that we had to make.
Putting the house on the market was a fairly smooth process. Genie is knowledgeable with all aspects of the process, and answered my many questions. She suggested upgrades that would help with the sale of the home; she worked within my comfort zone. She had recommendations for contractors, that were available in a timely manner.
The owners of the home were both struggling with dementia. Genie was able to talk to them, and make them feel comfortable; they became a part of the decisions that were being made.
I will gladly work with Genie again if the opportunity presents itself.

Genie is a very patient Real Estate Agent... She takes time to explain any situation, as well, she is extremely professional throughout the process. She will do whatever it takes to accommodate you and do what you want and need, yet will give sound and solid advice regarding all aspects of the transaction.

I highly recommend Genie O'Fallon. Between Covid and a somewhat complicated cross country move, I ended up doing a long distance purchase of a condo/townhouse. Genie was there with me every step of the way, assisting me with what I needed to do and working on my behalf with the seller's agent. Genie has valuable expertise, is knowledgeable about the Denver area, often anticipated my needs and was easy to work with. I am relatively new to the Denver area and her recommendations for painters, electricians and other contractors was incredibly helpful to me in getting my house in move-in condition. I can say unequivocally that the purchase of my house would not have gone as smoothly without Genie's involvement.

Genie was fantastic as my buyers agent!

I was a first-time home buyer and didn't have a lot of the knowledge of the process, the nuances, what to ask for etc.. Recognizing this, Genie helped me through every step asking the right questions and making sure I got the best deal I could. She used her experience within the industry as well as leveraged her contacts to help me close on an amazing home and make the process as painless as possible! I would highly recommend her as a buyers agent!

Genie is simply the best! I cannot emphasize how little my sister and I knew about home buying and Genie made things run so smoothly for us. She gave thorough explanations, and always offered a helping hand. She is professional with a personal touch. 10/10 would recommend! We just moved into our new home on Friday and couldn't be happier!
