About Grant
Tampa Bay native Grant Patterson possesses extensive firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods that are now his marketplace. Born and raised in South Tampa, Grant is both passionate and knowledgeable about the many great neighborhoods and communities that make up the Bay area.
When it came time to head off to college, Grant did not stray far from the Bay area, earning his degree in Business Finance from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. During his senior year, he was part of an elite group of students selected to be an analyst in the Roland George Investment Program- a student-managed investment fund of actual money. The Program is recognized nationally as one of the most winning of its kind since its inception.
After college, Grant jumped straight into automotive sales, where he quickly flourished and learned how to understand and interpret buyer's needs to find the perfect vehicle- a skill that will undoubtedly come in handy when working in residential real estate sales.
Further expanding his areas of expertise, Grant spent the next four years working his way up in television production. In this capacity, Grant managed a variety of production teams, logistics, and clients at all hours of the day. He learned to be always accessible, a characteristic that is immensely helpful to his buyers and sellers. Grant will do whatever it takes to help his clients.
The word "quit" is nowhere to be found in Grant's vocabulary. During his time as a competitive rower Grant developed a drive that is now an integral part of his personality. He works tirelessly to ensure he exceeds his client's expectations throughout every step of the transaction. Grant's varied skill set is an asset to buyers and sellers in today's diverse real estate market. This is his city- let him make it yours too.
