About Jared

Jared is a fourth generation Athenian who attended Clarke Central High School and graduated Truett-McConnell College in 1998. Jared joined the US Air Force in 1998 where he was stationed at Hill Air Force Base as an F-16 Crew Chief. After an Honorable Discharge from the Air Force Jared returned home to attend the University of Georgia. Jared graduated UGA in 2004 with a degree in housing and in 2005 founded The BrickKicker of Athens Home Inspection Services. Over the next 9 years, Jared successfully grew The BrickKicker until selling it in December of 2013 in order to pursue a career in real estate sales. As a Realtor, Jared brings an attention to detail with a genuine interest in all phases of the housing industry. Throughout his professional career, his peers and references have recognized Jared for his integrity, honesty and trustworthiness. In his personal life, Jared has been married to Kim for 13 years, has two beautiful daughters, one devoted canine and a Jeep that provides countless hours of family fun.
