Jimmy Zaplac of The Zaplac Group is a leading South Texas Realtor with a passion for real estate and a multi-million dollar annual production each year.

As a life-long resident of Victoria County, he began his career in high school as an assistant at his family’s real estate business where he learned the crucial inner workings of how to run a successful real estate business while providing unmatched client service and results.

Jimmy is an active member of the Victoria Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has served various roles on the Victoria Board of Realtors including: MLS Chairman, Vice President, President, and TREPAC Chair. Jimmy has also served the Texas Association of Realtors on the Board of Directors and as a TREPAC (Texas REALTORS Political Action Committee) Trustee.

Jimmy obtained his GRI designation which stands for Graduate REALTOR Institute through the Texas Association of Realtors. He has received titles such as the Victoria Board of Realtor's “REALTOR OF THE YEAR”, Victoria Advocate's “Best of The Best” Realtor, and has been honored with several awards through the Coldwell Banker franchise over the years including the International President’s Circle and International President’s Elite awards.

Jimmy stays actively involved in the community by supporting multiple local charities and organizations. He currently resides in Victoria with his wife and business partner, Dawn Zaplac, who he works with closely to lead The Zaplac Group.
