Highly likely to recommend 03/09/2012 - Bill & Debbie Sold a home in 2005 in Hickory Flat, Woodstock, GA 30188. I am pleased to be writing a review for such a fine woman. I have known Kim for almost 10 years. On one occassion I had a friend who was looking for an affordable home in Hickory Flat and was fearful being a first time home buyer. Kim took them under her wing and spent much effort and loads of time helping them pick the just right house for their new family. They quickly became friends as well, Kim is difficult NOT to adore! She is just the right amount of comical, blended with assertive and compassionate, oh, did I forget honest and even humble. I know this sounds contrived but I assure you I am speaking from experience and my heart. Kim Smith knows the area and all the little back roads and short cuts, has a working knowledge of the history of the area and loves Georgia. When I first met Kim she was in the mortgage and finance end of things and then studied and used her banking experience to further a career into real estate where I think she found her 'nitch'. Kim is a true professional, who truly acts in the best interest of her clients. She is a subject matter expert within the local real estate market and knows what it takes to get the deal done. She goes above and beyond for her clients. For example, we closed on our home and the seller took a $1000 dollar mirror after we closed that was not part of the deal. The seller would not give it back after they closed. Kim paid $1000 out of her own pocket to replace the mirror. There are very few real estate professionals that would do that. If you want to buy a house at the best price or want to sell a house at top dollar. Kim is your best bet.
