Lea Ann Stephenson

Lea Ann purchased her first home before she was 20 and she has owned many homes since. Lea Ann and her husband Ron live in Lincoln NE and have 7 adult children and a growing group of 6 grandchildren. They love to travel and explore new places with their family and have had the opportunity to also travel internationally and do mission work in Tanzania. They hope to do more of that in the coming years.
Lea Ann has experience in real estate, land development, property management and the construction industry. She has owned a construction remodeling company and has been involved in every aspect of the building process, which she enjoys very much. Now she looks forward to combining all that experience to become your specialized Real Estate Agent!
The experience Lea Ann gained as a remodel contractor and project manager is different than most other real estate agents. Building and fixing houses for 25+ years has helped her understand the process as well as the challenges builders and contractors face daily.
As a property management specialist through Home Services of Ne she can manage your rental for you. Lea Ann has worked to develop this aspect of her business for several years. She can also arrange for any work that might need to be done to your property.
Education and involvement in the real estate industry and the leadership of that industry are the core values that Lea Ann builds her business from. She is very involved in the local, state, and national Association of Realtors®. Lea Ann is also an instructor for the Larabee School of Real Estate, teaching both pre and post license classes and continued education classes to other agents. Lea Ann has obtained several specialized designations and continues to work on staying at the forefront of education in the industry.
Lea Ann has served on several committees at the local, state and national associations of Realtors® she continues to serve today. She serves on the Board of Directors for the local association, previously served on the State Board of Directors and recently applied to serve as a National Director. She has been the vice chair and chairperson of various committees. Lea Ann was also the fundraising chairperson for RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee) at the local association and a Major Investor of RPAC. Lea Ann has earned the GRI, Graduate Realtor designation, CRS Certified Real Estate Specialist, SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist, C2EX, Commitment to Excellence, these designations and certifications required extra continued education hours to achieve. Lea Ann has earned the Circle of Excellence award from her broker and the Mark of Excellence from the State Association for several years running since becoming an agent, as well as the Ne Pro certification from the Nebraska Realtors Association.
In 2021 Lea Ann received the Steve Schleich Community Service Award from her brokerage, and in 2022 received the President’s award for community service from the Realtors association of Lincoln. Giving back is an important part of why Lea Ann is in the real estate industry. She loves to empower others in the community and encourage people to give a hand up to those around them. She is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce, LIBA, HBAL, YFC, and other civic organizations.
