Lee Brewer recently sold my home. His marketing is "EXCELLENT." Of course, I had a gorgeous condo to begin with, but his photographer, using HDR photography, really made my place "stand out above the rest." Lee got my condo sold in 12 days! That's pretty darn fast in today's market, but just like his slogan says, "Lee Brewer sells it sooner." Lee is a "great negotiator," and very knowledgeable about this business from 24 years experience, and grew up in the Sarasota, FL area. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home or selling a home in Sarasota, FL.

Visiting from New York for only a few days, Lee and his assistant Jared managed to show us in excess of twenty condos. He negotiated a great deal for us and we closed in less than six weeks. Lee was great to work with as we searched for our new home. Knowing nothing about the Sarasota area, we depended on him to advise us and he went above and beyond! Due to unfortunate circumstances,we were forced to sell our dream home in a short sale. Lee listed our home and worked closely with us throughout the entire process. There were many frustrating moments as is with any short sale transaction, but Lee kept everything moving smoothly and on track until we reached a successful closing. Lee was highly recommened to us. I expected my realtor to be a professional and to be personable. Lee Brewer was both. He was there every time I had a question or concern. He took the time and made sure that we were happy with our choice for a new home. I feel Lee went beyond what your average realtor would do. What impressed me the most was the willingness Lee had to first show us homes we wanted to see and to take the time we needed to view a home, even when we asked 3 times to see the same house! When I moved to Sarasota in 2010 I had gone through several different realtors. It seemed as though all the realtors I had met were inattentive, dishonest or lacked community knowledge. I found out about Lee Brewer through a Google search for realtors in Sarasota. Not having high hopes after all I had been through, I decided to give Lee a shot. Thank God I did! In just 2 short months I was able to learn tons about the Sarasota community from a true native. Lee listened to my wants and understood my needs and showed me tons of different properties within my price range. Being a single 20year old female at the time and a first time homebuyer I was extremely grateful for the amount of guidance Lee offered. I purchased my house in May of 2010 and it truly was a memorable experience because of Lee. I have recommended Lee to every person that I know in Sarasota. He is honest, knowledgeable and understanding. One day when I am ready to purchase my “family” home I will definitely hire Lee again! Best relator in Sarasota, hands down :)
