Melissa Zimmerman

Melissa is a native New Yorker who has been happily raising her children for the past 19 years in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. Initially a human resources consultant with undergraduate and graduate degrees in business, she made the leap into Interior Design when her children were young. Adding real estate to the portfolio was a natural and exciting progression. As of 2024, she is licensed in PA, DE and NJ.

As an interior designer she has been able to assist residential clients throughout the Philadelphia metro area to transform their homes into beautifully functional spaces they love. Now she uses her business and creative backgrounds to help clients understand what it takes to make their homes stand out in a crowded market, and/or to envision how a house can become their new home. In 2021, she added real estate investment to the mix, using her talents to flip homes in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

She is active in the Home Builders Association of Bucks & Montgomery Counties, serving on the Board and several committees including the Professional Women in Building, working with many experts in the new home construction industry. She is also a member of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Delaware, the Philadelphia Chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association and the Main Line Chamber of Commerce
