Me and my wife worked with Mike and Jenee a few times, either as buyers or sellers, and I am so thankful we found them, they are truly amazing.

In the process of selling our house, a very intimidating process, they supported and coached us along all the stages. From preparing and staging our home before listing, till the closing day. Mike is also a great photographer, he got amazing shots of our home!
Mike and Janee have been always ready to answer all our questions and concerns, they never denied themselves to spend even hours with us at the phone, or in person.

I’m recommending Askins Realty Group to all my friends and I’ll recommend everyone to give them at least a phone call and judge by yourself.

ARG is professional and was the voice of reason during our transaction with the builder. We knew what type of home we wanted in the beginning so we went with ARG because of the new home buying program.

He stepped up to the plate during conflict and helped push to resolution. The home rebate program is absolutely great and really helps ease the home buying stress. 100% good people to deal with.

What more can I say. This was the most straight forward honest and professional Realtors I have ever had to pleasure of working with. ARG Realtors are amazing! We’ve used them twice now to buy a new construction home. The new home rebate that they offer is unbelievable! We also used them to sell our last home and they established my former neighborhood’s highest pre-owned sold comp! They provide lots of helpful advice, complimentary staging, and market aggressively. Many say, you get what you pay for with reduced cost brokerages, but we found that not to be the case with ARG. They saved us thousands on listing commissions and offered us first class client services that other agencies would have easily charged us 6% for. Thanks Cliff, Mike and Jenee for a job well done!

After 4 months on the market we switched to ARG. They reviewed our home, made recommendations that included changing our lighting to bright 5000K LED lights, which transformed the home’s look, had us take down our screens for better lighting, then staged out home with complementary accent staging and finished it off with amazing photography. ARG Realtors do their own photography with some of the best camera gear available. Wow, when done the look was great, and it took just 2 days to find a buyer get my home SOLD. We are ARG believers! Having moved to TX in mid-2013, we didn’t know the areas all that well nor what our new lifestyle in a different state would look like. About a year in, we realized the area where we had bought a home just wasn’t for us. Brand new house, great neighborhood, wrong area didn’t equate out to a prosperous outlook financially given we had only been in the house for a year.
