If you've ever found house hunting, house purchasing, house rental management - to include international real estate management - a massive headache, get in touch with Sabina. You will find that she is dedicated to each and every step in making those processes easy as a breeze. When you give the go-ahead, Sabina makes it happen. Sabina is a dedicated professional who will be your one-stop-shop in all things home rental / purchase & real estate management. If you have a home for rent, she will oversee your property with enormous focus and attention to detail. If something requires repair, she will make it happen in the least amount of time possible. She treats tenants with respect and fairness, but can also be tough when necessary. Sabina is incredibly personable. International time differences are of no consequence, as she is in communication nearly 24/7. We have worked with Sabina for over 2.5 years (internationally!) now and I can say she is truly fantastic!

Sabina is an absolute professional. She consistently responds promptly to emails (5 am isn't uncommon! I don't think she ever sleeps) and texts and always follows through to confirm any questions have been resolved. We recently stayed at this property and our contact person was Sabina. She was on top of everything. We couldn’t get the garage to open and she sent someone out right away. Literally within an hour. One of the sensors was jostled and the handyman fixed it in 10 minutes. You just can’t beat that responsiveness. She also checked in with us the first night and was able to recommend an excellent restaurant and steer us in the direction of where to rent a boat and even the best places to golf! Thank you Sabina, we owe you so much! Without you we wouldn't have been able to find our dream house. You accompanied us with so much competence, tenacity and patience, that was unbelievable!
When I started my search for a house in Florida in January 2021, I had a lot of questions, how things are handled in US, how high costs and taxes and how expensive living in Florida would be.
In a social media group I met Sabina first time, and she patiently answered all my questions – without any pressure or the need of signing something. We communicated a lot and she helped us to develop a plan how to proceed. We arrived begin of June for our first visit in Florida and Sabina was well prepared.
We only had 3 ½ weeks in Florida to decide whether we could imagine to buy our second home here. First we very intensively considered building a house with Hamsher Realty Inc.
Sabina showed us the wonderful sample house and possible variants. She helped us with evaluating land and gave us many advices on upcoming additional costs. But due to the current situation with missing construction materials and corona related problems, combined with doubled prices for land since January, the risk was too high to go this way.
So we challenged Sabina’s flexibility – no problem for her at all. She stood on our site with all of our changing mindset. We started to search for existing houses and to make appointments. Sabina taught us to be fast and prepared.
We visited a lot of houses which couldn’t convince us and then found two possible candidates. We made an offer but couldn’t get any of those, because other people paid more. We were so disappointed and decided to give up.
It was Sabina, who motivated us to make a last trial with the house we now call our own. I really would have missed it otherwise. She helped us through the process of buying and closing, and gave us tasks and check lists what we need to do as house owners.
I am really grateful to have found Sabina, because now we are proud owners of our dream house.
