Born into a US Army family, Sammy's upbringing instilled in her a deep-rooted appreciation for service and community, values she carries into her real estate career.

A proud native of Waynesville, Missouri, Sammy graduated from Waynesville High School in 2000 before embarking on her journey in the real estate industry. GO TIGERS!

In 2011, she launched her career in property management, swiftly proving her expertise and passion for the field. Her commitment to excellence led her to represent local builders and establish numerous subdivisions across the greater Ft. Leonard Wood area.

With an unwavering dedication to her craft, Sammy obtained her real estate license for the state of Missouri in 2014, swiftly followed by achieving Broker status in 2016. In 2023, alongside premier builder Lyle Cox, she established Cox & Co Realty, LLC, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to providing unparalleled service in the local market.

Affectionately known as "BEASTMODE" for her relentless work ethic, Sammy is renowned for her expertise in property management, single-family and multi-family sales, and possesses extensive knowledge in new construction sales.
