Susan is an extremely talented realtor, and is a lovely, kind person. She was an outstanding advocate for us throughout the negotiation process and is always classy and diplomatic in how she expresses herself and fights for her clients. She can work with all kinds of personalities with finesse, which enables her to get great results even when there are competing interests. Susan is knowledgeable and intelligent, but she is also a great researcher and listener. Combined, it gives her wisdom which she turns into good judgement and guidance for her clients. Susan is also incredibly responsive with great communication and is on top of every detail. Susan is the reason we were able to buy the house of our dreams. Susan went above and beyond in her representation of me through the process of selling my home. She provided excellent suggestions and assistance to help make the house look impeccable for showings and open houses. Then, once we entered into a contract, we had some very much unexpected hiccups during the inspection process. Susan worked tirelessly to identify and communicate with reputable contractors in an effort to help remedy the inspection issues and ensure it did not impact the sale. I never questioned that Susan had my best interests in mind (which has not always been my experience in dealing with realtors), so she was a breath of fresh air. Not to mention an absolute delight to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Susan!

I have been leaving with my son’s family and when my son and daughter-in-law decided to sell their house Susan helped me to explore an option of buying my own place. It was a pleasure working with her. Susan knows the real estate market and the area very well. In addition, she has a patience of an angel in dealing with both buyers and sellers. Moreover, Susan makes the whole process very easy for a buyer. For example, at some point she arranged for contractors to come to the prospective property to estimate a renovation cost. While working with Susan, I have learned a great deal about purchasing real estate property in Pennsylvania. After all, I decided to stay with my family but when the time comes for me to move out, I will ask Susan without hesitation to help me to find a new place.

We worked with Susan when we relocated from another state to purchase our first home. From our first interactions with her, we knew we were in good hands. Given our lack of knowledge about the area, she patiently helped us narrow down some locations we may be interested in and spent so much time with us, giving us tours of the area and answering our many, many questions about neighborhoods, the home-buying process in general, and importantly: what properties to avoid! She is super discerning with great instincts, thoughtful, and proactive and was there every step of the way as we narrowed down our options, and even arranged to do two house tours by facetime when we weren't able to make the trip to be there in person. She expertly negotiated a very difficult closing, and we were so grateful to have her by our side throughout the whole process. She has continued to be a great source of information for us about the area and we consider her to be a valued family friend. We highly recommend Susan!

Susan was our realtor during our search for a townhouse in the Philadelphia suburbs. We have dealt with many realtors over the years, and Susan is not only outstanding at her job, but also a delightful person to deal with. She is friendly, has an excellent sense of humor, and was always unfailingly patient and thoughtful in helping us find a home that we would be really happy with (we did and we are). Perhaps most importantly, from our point of view, it was always clear that Susan listens to and cares about her clients. She is not just about making a sale. In this regard, she frequently pointed out things we might want to consider about particular properties (layout, heating systems, location of laundry room, etc.) that we didn't always focus on ourselves, but that were relevant to how good a fit those properties might be for us given the needs we had discussed with her. Susan also took initiative in identifying properties that were not precisely within the criteria we had asked her to work with, but that she felt might nonetheless be of interest. This was never done with a view to "upselling" us, but always simply in an effort to make sure that we had the chance to see and consider everything we might be interested in. I think it is also worth mentioning that Susan is very tech-savvy, which is important these days in dealing with clients (such as we were) who want to be kept fully up to date on what is available. Indeed, the fact that Susan made sure we were signed onto, and knew how to use, Prudential's HomePilot system (which automatically updates what is on the market within customer-determined criteria), combined with her willingness to go the extra mile, is how we ultimately found the place we bought. We had been looking at a number of properties on our last day before leaving town and, at the very end of the day, a brand new listing came up on HomePilot. It wasn't to be open for showing until after we were scheduled to leave town, but Susan called the listing agent, explained that we were interested but were out of town buyers who would be leaving the next day, and got us in early to view the property. We loved it, and bought it. There were not a whole lot of issues that needed to be negotiated before closing, but there were a few, and Susan handled them all very much to our satisfaction, but also professionally, gracefully, and in a way that ensured no feathers were ruffled. As someone who has been both a seller and a buyer, I think this kind of tact is a very important quality in a realtor when one side needs to seek concessions from the other. All in all, we would use Susan again in a heartbeat and could not recommend her more highly to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the area.
