Thea was everything a first time home buyer could have hoped for. She was so supportive throughout the process of buying our first home, thoughtfully answered any and all questions that Kyle and I had, and most importantly made it possible to truly enjoy our first house hunt. From move-in ready homes, to fixer-uppers, to apartments, and eventually our condo, each time we worked with Thea we learned something new and became more sure of the direction that we wanted to go in. Thea was a pleasure to work with you and her expertise, market knowledge and passion was part of the successful home purchase we experienced. The market is very unpredictable and things move extremely quick. Thea was one step ahead and we were able to lock in a deal over many other offers.

Thea pointed out numerous things during the process that was very useful and always had our best interest in mind. Thea did her research on properties and was able to meet and view at short notice. That’s huge in todays market.

Selling and buying a home in literary a week in different time zones! Thea was a crucial part in making this deal work. Along with coordination, she was able to help renegotiate the purchase after our deal fell through in the home we were selling.

Highly recommended and would use Thea again!

Selling a home and buying a home at the same time is an overwhelming process and hiring Thea Knust from Coldwell Banker Realty was the best step my husband and I ever took.  WOW  Thea was informative, responsive, honest and incredibly helpful.  She explained everything that was easy to understand and was able to keep us on track for what was needed for both processes.  There was never a question that was unanswered, no matter what time of day.

Thea was absolutely wonderful to work with and we are so grateful for all of the hard work she has done to not only help us sell our home but to buy our new home.  Thea is the best.  I would recommend to anyone selling or buying a home to hire Thea.  You will not regret it
