There are so many options.” There are also a number of popular entertainment centers in the area, including Congo River Golf and Urban Air Trampoline Park.

Shopping is a breeze for residents throughout Jasmine Estates, as the community is home to numerous retailers. The schools in Jasmine Estates are part of the Pasco County School District. Gulf Highland Elementary has a C grade on Niche, while Bayonet Point Middle School has a C-plus. Fivay High School has a B-minus rating and offers dual enrollment classes through nearby Pasco-Hernando State College.

Commuting from Jasmine Estates is a fairly straightforward affair, as State Highway 19 runs through the community and most of the neighboring coastal suburbs. It’s only 26 miles to Clearwater and 40 miles to Tampa, but traffic can get pretty hairy at times.
