Shopping is a breeze for residents throughout Jasmine Estates, as the community is home to numerous retailers. The Embassy Crossing and Regency Crossings are shopping centers conveniently located for residents, featuring a blend of nationally recognized stores and local businesses. Locals looking to pick up groceries can swing by the Publix at Shoppes of Golden Acres or visit one of the many specialty grocers found in neighboring communities.
The dining scene in Jasmine Estates is diverse enough to satisfy just about any craving. The major thoroughfares in the community are lined with a combination of popular chains and locally owned restaurants. Popular options include highly rated Mamma Mia Pizzeria, whose pizza by the slice is always popular with the lunch crowd, and Pam’s Country Restaurant, the perfect place to enjoy some good old-fashioned American grub.

The schools in Jasmine Estates are part of the Pasco County School District. Gulf Highland Elementary has a C grade on Niche, while Bayonet Point Middle School has a C-plus. Fivay High School has a B-minus rating and offers dual enrollment classes through nearby Pasco-Hernando State College.
Transportation
Commuting from Jasmine Estates is a fairly straightforward affair, as State Highway 19 runs through the community and most of the neighboring coastal suburbs. It’s only 26 miles to Clearwater and 40 miles to Tampa, but traffic can get pretty hairy at times.
