Residents live midway between Big Lake Park and the Historic 100 Block, Council Bluffs’ primary destination for dining and nightlife. “That’s a decent neighborhood close to the 100 Block,” says Lynn Leaders, a Realtor with Heartland Properties. “I have a couple friends who live up by Prospect Park, and they don’t have vehicles.
