Community Pride

With a rich history, many homes date back to the 1870s and homes have been passed down from generation to generation. “There’s definitely pride of ownership here,” says Liz Lashier, the owner/broker at NextHome Your Way, with over 110 closed sales in the area. The tree-lined streets are arranged in a grid-shaped pattern, divided by semi-paved alleys and punctuated with open lots and restaurants.
