Dobbs Ferry in Westchester County is a small, quaint village 30 to 40 minutes north of Manhattan by car. Million-dollar homes and townhouses
Aside from the downtown district and dozens of acres of parkland, most of Dobbs Ferry is residential. The community has a mix of bungalows, Colonial Revivals, midcentury modern and raised ranch-style homes, as well as townhouses and condos. Some homes date back to the mid- to late-1800s, but most were built between the 1920s and the 1980s. New builds are rare, but buyers can find newly constructed custom homes every once in a while. Prices start around $600,000 for single-family homes, but the median is just shy of $1.2 million. Prices can cost up to $4 million.
