In Centennial Park, suburban streets with single-family homes are surrounded by business centers and industrial areas. These residential pockets are locally known as "Centennial Acres," where the homes are within walking distance of Centennial Park, itself. “It’s a starter neighborhood, so the taxes seem to be lower over there, compared to the rest of the Englewood area,” says Joe Sena, Real Estate Broker with Columbine Real Estate, who has about 20 years of experience. “The neighborhood is very active, with the park and trails nearby.” Public schools and shopping centers are also a short drive away. Most homes in Centennial Park are lined along wide residential streets and have grassy front lawns often surrounded by mature trees.
