Newer construction houses cost $950,000 and come with a patio and porch, surrounded by trees. Stonewater Golf Course surrounds homes in the golf community. "I would say there are more families who live in Highland Heights because of the school district," Joeright says. Children can attend Millridge Elementary School, which received an A rating from Niche. Mayfield Middle School and Mayfield High School also have A ratings. Students at Mayfield High School can enroll in the Excel TECC program that provides hands-on experiences in various career fields, such as nursing, computer science, and graphic design. Operated by Saint Paschal Baylon Catholic Church, students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade can attend St. Paschal Baylon School, a private school in Highland Heights.
Highland Heights is conveniently located near several colleges and universities, including Ursuline College, John Carroll University, and Notre Dame College.
Locals in Highland Heights benefit from convenient access to major highways, public transit, nearby cities, and airports. Interstate 271 links the neighborhood to downtown Cleveland, 17 miles away.
