Despite being in an A-plus-rated school district and just 10 miles from the beach, homes in Eastern Lakewood are still available for friendly prices to first-time homebuyers. "It's got great potential, and not necessarily for investors but for people looking to get into a good location and for a great price," says Realtor Kimber Wuerfel of Kimber/Alana Boutique Real Estate, who's been selling in Los Angeles and Orange Counties for over 25 years.
