In my area I feel safe. There are other areas that I would say are safer because they have gated communities; my community is not gated but it is stationed in a very wealthy and safe area. There are not a lot of crimes here and I usually see at least one patrol car on my way to work every morning.

We live in a very tight-knit community, and that, in my opinion, is the best thing about it. Most of the residents in my area have been there for a very long time, and a lot of them were even raised there. Almost everyone in the neighborhood have pets, all of them being mainly dogs. There are alway many neighborhood events, like the annual neighborhood Easter Party, that all neighbors (and their pets) attend, regardless of religion.
