Planned subdivisions feature New traditional homes
Oakdale has many planned subdivisions, like The Ledges of Oakdale and Ridge at Oakdale. Homes are typically built close together and connected by well-maintained sidewalks. “It’s super safe. Kids ride their bikes around town or play in backyards, and parents feel comfortable not having them in sight the entire time,” Gregory says. Houses typically list between $300,000 and $600,000 for a three- or four-bedroom house, while custom homes can list between $600,000 and $800,000. Several homes are not part of a subdivision, sitting on private lots that measure over an acre.Ball games at Athens Sportsplex
