The community of Custer-McDonough-Guice is a small neighborhood that lives up to its big name. The community, also called CMG, is close to parks and markets and has a mix of renovated homes and contemporary new builds. "It's near Benteen and Chosewood Parks, which are very desirable," says Realtor Juli St. George, who has sold homes in Atlanta for a decade and is with Keller Williams Realty.
