Along or just off Piedmont Road Northeast, Lindbergh City Center, Buckhead Crossing, Shops of Miami Circle, and Uptown Atlanta offer an endless list of retail and dining options. Nationally recognized chains such as Target, Home Depot and Kroger can also be found on the main thoroughfare.
For dining out, local favorites include 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar at Lindbergh City Center and Eclipse di Luna at Shops of Miami for tapas. Tongue & Groove at Lindberg City Center is a hotspot for nightlife. “It’s so conveniently located. Being so close to all the shops and restaurants is paramount,” says Julie White, a Realtor with Clayton White Realty. “You can walk to them. The area is very walkable.”

Those looking to move to Lindbergh will find dense residential areas teeming with contemporary single-family homes, condos and townhouses. You’re in the city but you have all the beautiful trees and vegetation,” White says. “It’s a beautiful part of town.”
The average list price hovers in the low-$400,000s. A 900-square-foot condo could be found for $200,000, while a four-bedroom single-family home might fetch $700,000. “Things sell quickly, usually within a couple of weeks,” Ford says.

Get out and play at Lindberg Park
The Lindbergh area boasts a collection of parks, trails and recreational spaces for residents to enjoy the outdoors. Lindbergh Park on Camellia Lane Northeast features a playground, two soccer fields and easy access to the Sidney Marcus Trail. The trail is the perfect spot to walk the dog or go for a jog. The Path400 Greenway, a 5-mile trail alongside Route 400, also runs through the Lindbergh neighborhood.
The Lindbergh Center MARTA station hosts Station Soccer. Run by the non-profit Soccer in the Streets, the initiative provides Atlanta residents with access to pick-up soccer games by creating field space outside select train stations.

The trains will take residents anywhere in the neighborhood, or to Downtown or Midtown within minutes. “It’s got great transportation with the MARTA station being right there,” White says. “This is a great place for someone on the go. It’s easy to get everywhere.”
Students zoned to attend well-ranked Atlanta Public Schools system schools
Public school students may attend Garden Hills Elementary, Sutton Middle and North Atlanta High. Part of the Atlanta Public Schools system, the schools earn B, B-plus and A-minus Niche grades. Famous alumni of North Atlanta High include legendary drag queen and Emmy-winning TV star, RuPaul.
North Atlanta High School offers students an International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
Sutton Middle School is a top 20 ranked public middle school in Fulton County.
