Urban living next to Atlantic Station and Midtown
Comprising three distinct West Midtown neighborhoods within walking distance of each other, the Loring Heights area Features the historic suburbs of Loring Heights and Berkeley Park, which date back to the early 1900s, and Atlantic Station, a modern multiuse development with entertainment and amenities. “One thing about Loring Heights is that you’re not actually in the busy part of Atlantic Station. You can go home and still be within walking distance, but you’re not directly in it,” says Daymin Walker, property manager at Mark at West Midtown in the area. “With Loring Heights, you can stay in this area for a reasonable price. You may feel it a bit more in Atlantic Station, but it’s still cheaper than Midtown.”
