Commuting to major employers and downtown Denver
Interstates 25 and 225 are both close by and can take drivers to employment hubs like the Denver Tech Center (DTC) and Buckley Space Force Base. “You’re in a great location near the Tech Center,” says Andy Ahroon, a local Realtor with MB Andy Ahroon & Co. “And you also have great proximity to I-25 and shopping surrounding the Tech Center.” Downtown Denver is around 10 miles northwest. Cherry Creek State Park is just a few miles south and is one of the most popular recreation areas in the region. With over 4,000 acres, the park is home to an expansive reservoir, campgrounds, miles of walking and biking trails and a 100-acre off-leash dog park. The Cherry Creek Country Club is also close to home and has an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, an outdoor pool and a dining room.
