Erika and her team were the absolute BEST. My partner and I started working with Erika after a few agents failed to do much work at all while we were searching for a home outside Denver. It felt like the agents we were finding were just phoning everything in. Multiple deals were blown (heartbreak ensued) because of lackluster agents. But then Erika helped us find our dream home, which meant lots of long weekend drives all over Colorado. We were not the easiest clients, trust me. And when we finally did find our house, it quickly became a transaction from hell thanks to a dishonest seller and seller's agent who jeopardized closing at every turn. Eventually, our closing was delayed because the seller failed to complete work that the title company was requiring in order to close. We were facing literal homelessness. But Erika and was fiercely in our corner - calling the city, calling contractors, trying to save the deal for us. She consistently called in favors for us and found contractors to do weekend, last-minute work that was above and beyond what her job called for. She pulled out all of the stops. Right down to the day of closing, she was fighting tooth and nail to get our deal done. It went right down to the wire. And we never would have closed without her. I'm tearing up just writing this because I'm so touched by Erika's heart and tenacity. Erika will have your back when the world is crumbling. THANK YOU SO MUCH, ERIKA!!

I loved working with Erika and the team. After being in my home over 27 years, I was so out of touch with how selling or even buying a house has changed. I was so blessed to have Erika guide me, explain the process, assisted with my every need, and most of all, she was very patient and understanding. I couldn't have worked with a greater person. There is literally no better real estate agents than Erika Staggs and Bryan Staggs. They have sold two homes for us, getting us well over asking each time. They guided us through every step of the process, staged our homes, and dealt with all walks of buyers. Beyond their incredible aptitude selling homes, they also have been there for us through two home purchase as well. They go above and beyond, getting us exactly what we wanted in a home. They advocated for us, and took time to make sure our best interests were always at the heart of what they were doing. After our most recent new home purchase we ran into issues with the home. Erika worked tirelessly, making phone calls, writing emails, following up over and over, to make sure our issues were resolved. She didn’t have to do this. We had signed on the dotted line long before the issue, but she still remained by our side, fighting for us. She used her resources and expertise to make sure we were truly taken care of. Bryan and Erika are truly amazing people, and I would recommend them to anyone. They found us our forever home and we wouldn’t be where we are today without their help. You are a person, a family, a friend, when you decide to work with Erika and Bryan, not a number or a paycheck. They will work hard for you, and there’s no other team that will be there through all of your real estate needs like they are.
