Home prices in Spring Creek Meadows and common architecture
Single-family home prices range from the high $300,000s to mid $600,000s. Traditional architectural influence is common. “Spring Creek Meadows is when I felt like they really started doing functional tri-levels. Now they're not super popular, but people really liked them. They built basements with them,” says Cindy Dassinger, a broker and owner of Metro Home Finders, Inc., who has over 25 years of experience. “Not that we get a lot of tornadoes here, but when we do, you want to have a place to run to, and when I say rarely, we rarely get them here, but it's a resale value for real estate.”
