Old charms and ways of life meet new attractions
Lamplight Village Boulevard is the main thoroughfare in and out of the Austin neighborhood with which it shares a name. Anyone driving through the community via this road will be treated to purposeful greenbelts, towering oak trees and manicured lawns lining the streets. "Lamplight Village is a great place to invest in real estate,” says Michelle Allen, a realtor who has sold homes in the area for over a dozen years. “The property values in the neighborhood have been steadily increasing over the past few years." One of the neighborhood's most beloved features is Kesler Farms, a fully functional farm that milks 200 cows and grows 750 acres of crops. This family farm epitomizes the coming together of old and new in Lamplight Village, where the housing styles reflect a classic American aesthetic. Single-family homes, adorned with details like front porches and bay windows, line the streets. These offer ample space for families, with yards providing room for outdoor activities. With its blend of natural beauty, convenient location and friendly atmosphere, Lamplight Village provides a peaceful lifestyle surrounded by nature, while residents still have access to the city's attractions. The neighborhood's thoroughfares lead to quiet cul-de-sacs, where families can safely enjoy the outdoors.
