1990s homes with Mediterranean features
Pheasant Run has 1990s single-family homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000, depending on size. Lawns are well-maintained, and neighbors can walk to one of two parks scattered throughout the area.Bakersfield’s air quality is polluted because of its geography; it’s positioned in a valley near the mountains, which traps pollution. Also, dust tends to get trapped in the air since it's a heavy farming area. The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District has programs like Charge Up!, which funds electric vehicle chargers and reduces car emissions.
