Charming prewar homes on display
Spanning several decades and capturing multiple architectural styles, the neighborhood offers Dutch Colonials with barn-like gambrel roofs, Tudors with exposed wooden timbers and minimalist bungalow and Cape Cod homes. Prices here range from the lower $500,000s to the lower $700,000s, depending on the property's square footage, age, and condition. “People like Cedarcroft because of the tree-lined streets, the large homes with unique architecture, and the value you get compared to more expensive neighborhoods that have the same feel, like Homeland and Roland Park are usually more expensive,” says Christopher Stumbroski, a longtime native of Baltimore County and Realtor with eXp Realty, LLC.
