In Minges Brook Riverside, residents have a public lakeside park, the choice of country club amenities and quick access to shopping off Interstate 94. The area has a range of housing styles and prices. “The further north you go, it’s relatively inexpensive, and as you go south of the country club and into the Meadow Drive area, it gets more expensive," says Kaciana Champlin, RE/Max Perrett Associates, who was born and raised in Battle Creek. The neighborhood is named after the two schools: Riverside Elementary and Minges Brook Elementary.
